To confirm a reservation details of one of the listed credit cards are required in lieu of a deposit. All final payments using credit cards are subject to a 4.5% surcharge and cheques a £0.45p surcharge to cover some of the banking and conversion costs involved.
In the event of cancellation or "non-appearance" - following the Yorkshire Tourist Board guidelines - guests will be charged two-thirds of the agreed rate, for each night that booked rooms remain empty.
